We recently used Floor Covering International of Southeast Dayton (FCI) for new carpet. Their mobile showroom made selecting our carpet convenient. Instead of running around they brought a variety of samples right to our home, allowing us to see how they looked in our space with our lighting and decor. They provided detailed information on our carpet options as well as a detailed quote shortly after our initial meeting. Regarding the installation, the 2 installers were professional and skilled. Throughout the entire process, communication was top-notch with the project manager. We were kept informed and any questions we had were answered promptly.
