Choosing to use Floor Coverings International was an easy decision, with the amount of samples available in the mobile showroom van that came right to my home. Exceptional fast customer service with Eric and his team from start to finish including the financing process. Highly recommend and more rooms to be completed in the near future.

We recently used Floor Covering International of Southeast Dayton (FCI) for new carpet. Their mobile showroom made selecting our carpet convenient. Instead of running around they brought a variety of samples right to our home, allowing us to see how they looked in our space with our lighting and decor. They provided detailed information on our carpet options as well as a detailed quote shortly after our initial meeting. Regarding the installation, the 2 installers were professional and skilled. Throughout the entire process, communication was top-notch with the project manager. We were kept informed and any questions we had were answered promptly. We recommend FCI to anyone looking for quality carpet and exceptional service!
